Terms and conditions

A gift voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. For one home cleaning service at the recipient address specified at the time of order. Voucher value (number of hours or price), expiry date and a unique serial number are printed on the voucher.

1. Gift vouchers can be redeemed as full or part payment for a home cleaning service.
2. Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of issue.
3. Gift vouchers that have been redeemed or that have expired can not be used.
4. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for a home cleaning service at any other address than that specified on the voucher.
5. Gift vouchers cannot be replaced, refunded or exchanged for cash or other gift vouchers.
6. Please note that we need to be informed at least two days before the date, on which you want the cleaning to take place.
7. Gift vouchers for less than £100 can be used only within London / not Greater London/
